What is Prevent?
Issues 02 of our Wellbeing Newsletter focuses on Prevent. Prevent is about safeguarding people and communities from the threat of terrorism. Prevent is 1 of the 4 elements of CONTEST, the Government’s counter-terrorism strategy. It aims to stop people becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism.

Devon employers interested in seeing their young Apprentices aged 16 or 17, build confidence, make new friends and develop important life skills are encouraged to get their teams to sign up for the National Citizen Service (NCS) autumn 2018 programme before it’s too late. Spots are quickly filling!
