|Who is it for? The Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service is an excellent way to gain an industry recognised qualification, proving competence within your job role.
The programme consists of four components which all need to be completed in order to achieve the Apprenticeship Framework. These are:

- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service is vocationally based and will be assessed in the workplace. This includes both knowledge and competence units.
