Based in Newton Abbot with 6 Truprint outlets in Exeter, Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot and Plymouth. Harrier LLC is the fulfillment house for brands such as www.Truprint.co.uk www.snapfish.co.uk, as well as some of the major supermarkets and their websites.

Kelly Whitehouse was starting an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management in 2007 when ETS encouraged her to look at the needs of other staff. From Organisational Needs Analysis and continuous dialogue between Employer and Training Provider – Jan Vian achieved Adult Literacy 2, Adult Numeracy 2 and Customer Service NVQ 2: Peter Oakley achieved Management NVQ 4: Jan Vian then achieved Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship: Laura Dixon achieved Customer Service Apprenticeship: Anne Santer achieved Customer Service Apprenticeship: Simon Hallett achieved Customer Service NVQ 2, Application of Number 2 and Customer Service Technical Certificate: Kelly Whitehouse achieved Assessor Award and Carly Moore has completed Customer Service Apprenticeship along with others who have since left the company.

ETS Assessors delivered Key Skills and Technical Certificate elements in-company, offering morning or afternoon sessions for two learners at a time. Harrier is now supporting learners by allowing day release to undertake workshops for Key Skills and Technical Certificates, ECDL and ILM.
