Mole Avon Country Stores are a vital, forward thinking highly motivated South West based provider of agricultural, commercial and domestic products. Senior leaders within the organisation have recognised the importance, now more than ever, to ensure every customer receives the best experience possible.  A concerted and sustainable effort from the very highest levels is making sure that all Mole Avon Country Stores staff learn and embed a culture of truly exceptional customer service.

ETS and Mole Avon have created a number of bespoke in-depth professional development plans curriculum and workshops. These include senior executive power performance sessions, train the trainer workshops, staff exceptional customer service workshops and a leadership, management and humanistic program for managers. These focused sessions and workshops have been attended by over 140 staff already and are set to continue.

Education and Training Skills (ETS) is delighted to have been selected to work with Mole Avon Country Stores senior executives, managers, supervisors and staff to help in making this happen.
